Officer Reports

Seneschal:
Actively Looking for a Deputy. February has been a little hectic. We have Coronation coming up on April 1st. (looking for donations for decorations. Contact Teresa for info) I will label the shire tablecloths and such and get those to. Coronation looking for people to volunteer for setup and break-down.

Exchequer:
I submitted the yearly report. We are waiting for it to be accepted so that I can print it out.

Herald (given via Deputy):
Done with OP. also has order of march. sent one submission to kingdom. she is doing better but not ready for prime time yet.

Youth Combat:
We had more fighters, they had lots of fun. we are making Gambesons this weekend. We had 5 younger ones and 2 16 year olds. We are trolling for armor. .

Mistress of Arts & Sciences:

Teresa is now Official with Kingdom for A&S
January was full of stuff of getting ready for Birka. Christi has been willing to do the Dance Mistress. She unfortunately had to cancel. March 12th will be a dance class. She will also have one in April. Brigit also had a class that was cancelled due to the Nor'easter. We are looking at spreading out the classes a little due to we were at capacity last week. This coming weekend (25th of February), we are making kids stuff. Northern Lights Pentathalon (March 11th) Montpelier Vermont. March 19th is Brigit's Heraldic Class.. My Dance mistress is sick and therefore was no report from her. Spinning and weaving class went very well at Lady Dhanwanti's house.

Knight Marshall:
This sunday Vinni will be helping with Fighter practice. March 2nd - Armor making at Arik's. March 12th - off-site practice (possibly in either Carolingia or Bergental).

Marshall of Siege
Faolan and I attended Novice Schola.
Coronation may have some siege related events (partially on weather and partially on location). Siege and Combat Archery at MidSummer, Siege at Boredom war. Sent in my Quarterly Report.
Late Spring/Early Summer Pre-Pennsic fighter information for Siege.

Chatelaine:
Went to chatelaine's meeting at Birka. Discussed East Kingdom demo policies. Looking for volunteers for Newcomers point at Pennsic (email kingdom chatelaine). Traded ideas for successful demos...I brought my SCA Board (to Birka). Everyone liked the food idea (a gathering point for information). I looked at a couple of other brochures and wants to possibly look at redoing the brochure. February 28th - Tuesday night meeting on brochure. We had a demo on Feb. 11th, Cub Scout blue/gold went well. There were a lot of people there and Arik and Vinnie and Alan and Jared. People asked a lot of questions. Douglas School board is looking at doing a Demo.

Website is being updated. The calendar March, April, May will be done soon.
Links will be up at some point.
Allura asked me to go to the milestone...the response was "Shut up"...cause otherwise I would be fired (Inside joke)

Chronicler:
Allura would like to put the milestone into a nice binder. Master Copies....
Officers collumns are going away. So Send MORE ARTICLES!

Thrown Weapons Marshal:
New possibility of targets (have to try them first)... also I now have an MIT (marshal in training).. Lord Graywolf the Gonner from Bergental. Practices will start in April.

OLD Business:
These positions were voted on next month.

New Dance Mistress Letter of Intent was handed in- Christi The Dancer
New Minister of Fence Letter of Intent handed in- Lord Alan of Rosley
Continuation of Lady Dhanwanti as Webmistress Letter of intent was handed in.

New Business:

We are thinking of a possible event for the weekend of "boredom war" (the May date)
Want to put the Hafla as an official event.
Possible of September event inplace of Les Jeux.
