The Milestone is the Shire's newsletter published monthly. In its current incarnation, it is a posting of the monthly meeting minutes and submitted member articles. It is a good way to keep up with the business of the Shire of Quintavia. It is also a good place to see some of the talents of our local Shire.

Shire business meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month. Please confirm meeting dates and times on the schedule page. The business meeting is a good gathering of Shire members who are discussing planning Shire wide events. Everyone is encouraged to have input into the meeting. If you cannot make the meeting, please submit your suggestions via E-mail to one of the officers. Suggestions for events, demos, classes or anything else that makes our Shire interesting are welcome at any point in time. It is not necessary to submit your ideas at the meeting for a public review. You can post the Email list for the Shire after you join our mail list.

The Schedule page lists the dates when the MEMEC building is scheduled to be open. Sundays and Tuesday you will find Shire members practicing heavy list fighting, fencing, dancing, sewing or just socializing. If there is a specific activity you are interested in please check the calendar. If you don't see a class you are interested in don't hesitate to Email an officer or join the Shire Email list so that you can post your suggestions. Our fair Shire is community property - the more community we have involved, the better it will be.

The Shire's email list is an announcement-oriented list. Subscribing to the list is the best way to be informed on meeting or practice time changes, new workshops, demos or to get involved in Shire discussions if you cannot make the meeting. If you're not sure who to contact with a question, Email the Seneschal or the Chatelaine. Your Email can be routed to the appropriate party.
